Pro­duc­tion Week

In the book of James we read that “faith with­out works is dead.”

So this week we ask you what is the value of your work?

My old men­tor D.Wynter taught me that “you can’t man­age what you can’t mea­sure.” This week I chal­lenge you to begin to mea­sure your worth.

How do you do that? Great question.

1. Start with a “to be” list. These are Why? Everyone’s view of suc­cess is dif­fer­ent. Never let any­one define your def­i­n­i­tion of suc­cess. But in your own words write down all the things you believe a required “to be” successful.

2. After you cre­ate your “to be” list — now cre­ate your “to do” list. Write down every­thing you need to do to get there. Write down what you need to do and what you need God to do. For exam­ple — things you put on God’s list are favor, super­nat­ural money, heal­ing. “To do” and “to be” list ARE NOT the same. Please rec­og­nize and under­stand the dfference.

3. Last but not least, how far are you from your start­ing and how far are you in the process. This is where you truly mea­sure your­self. You’ll never be what God cre­ated you to be, if you can’t be hon­est with your­self. This is not to dis­cour­age you but instead get you focused on the time required for the process.

This week’s theme for the call is Faith your Fear! Not Face Your Fear but Faith Your Fear! Why? Cause The Word says God didn’t give us a spirit of fear. So where did we get it from? TV. Our par­ents. Our friends. But we’ve seemed to embrace fear like it’s a nor­mal human emo­tion but God said we didn’t get it from Him so fear needs to bounce. And it needs to bounce this week so how are we going to get rid of FEAR? By doing 3 things –

1. Iden­ti­fi­ca­tion – this week I want you to do an exer­cise where you iden­tify all things nec­es­sary for your suc­cess that are out­side your com­fort zone. For exam­ple – pub­lic speak­ing, cold call­ing, for­give­ness – yes – for­give­ness, or say­ing “no!”

2. Start to declare scrip­tures on faith over your self & your sit­u­a­tion – like Hebrews 11:6 – with­out faith it’s impos­si­ble to please God

3. Get an account­abil­ity part­ner. This is a per­son you share you fear with and they make you get out­side the boat. When Willie and I started to move­ment many years ago I used to call him every morn­ing and say 1 thing. “Get uncom­fort­able.” Why? Cause out­side you com­fort zone that’s where mus­cles grow and that’s where God is big.

Dis­cern­ment Week Notes!

Dis­cern — to detect with other senses other than vision; to com­pre­hend men­tally; to per­ceive as seper­ate and distinct

It’s great to make advance moves but you need dis­cern­ment. Your exer­cise for this week is to fig­ure out the fol­low­ing. We all have peo­ple in our lives and they usu­ally fall into 1 of the fol­low­ing categories.

Coaches — peo­ple that teach you, men­tor you and through their expe­ri­ences grow you

Play­ers — peo­ple who go to war for and with you — you share the same vision, goals and dreams

Cheer­lead­ers — these peo­ple won’t get on the field but they sup­port what you’re doing — these peo­ple want to see you win but at not built for the game

Oppo­si­tion — these are peo­ple, obsta­cles and chal­lenges designed to make you a pro. They pro­vide the resis­tance but your job is to breakthrough.

Wis­dom is the abil­ity to know dif­fer­ence. This week we chal­lenge you to know the dif­fer­ence in your inner circle.

Notes From Advance Moves Week

Any time you trust God — He going to show up ! Faith com­mits God to the chal­lenge. With­out faith, it’s impos­si­ble to please God.

2 Kings 3:16 says He said “God’s word: Dig ditches all over this val­ley. Here’s what will hap­pen. You won’t see the wind, you won’t see the rain but this val­ley is going to fill up with water & your army and your ani­mals will drink thier fill.”

Pre­pare for what­ever God promised you. If God said you’ll be the next CEO, start pick­ing your team. If God said you’re going to move, start look­ing for prop­erty. If God said you’ll be rich, find an accoun­tant. Make advance moves. We winning!
